Shipping Areas

We ship our products to Japan and the following international destinations:

Taiwan / Hong Kong / China / Macau / Singapore / United Kingdom / Australia / Thailand / South Korea / Malaysia / Germany / France

Please note that we do not offer international shipping to countries or regions not listed above.

 

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Japan Post.

  • Domestic shipping: Yu-Pack or Yu-Packet

  • International shipping:

    • Taiwan: EMS (Express Mail Service) or International ePacket Light

    • All other countries: International ePacket Light only

Shipping methods cannot be selected by customers.

 

Processing Time

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days after order confirmation.

Business days exclude weekends and Japanese public holidays.
Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, transportation issues, or peak seasons.

Shipping Fees

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

  • Yu-Pack: Flat rate ¥780 (tax included)

  • Yu-Packet: Flat rate ¥280 (tax included)

Large items that cannot be shipped via Yu-Packet will be shipped via Yu-Pack.

International Shipping

  • Carrier: Japan Post

  • Service:

    • Taiwan: EMS / International ePacket Light

    • Other countries: International ePacket Light only

International shipping fees are charged at a flat rate regardless of destination.
The final shipping cost will be shown during checkout.

All prices include tax.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided by email after shipment.
You can track your order on the Japan Post website.

Shipping Holidays

Orders are not shipped on weekends or Japanese public holidays.
Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Customs & Duties

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees incurred for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging

Gift wrapping and special packaging services are not available.
