Returns and Exchanges

 

 

  • Returns or exchanges due to customer preference are accepted only if the product is unopened and unused, and only within 8 days of receipt of the product.

  • Returns or exchanges due to initial defects are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the product.

  • For returns or exchanges due to company responsibility or product defects, no return shipping fees or handling charges will be charged.

  • For returns or exchanges due to customer preference, all shipping costs associated with the return or exchange must be borne by the customer.

 

 


 

 

  • When returning a product, all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards (if any) must be returned in complete condition.

    For products purchased as a set, returns and exchanges must be made for the entire set.

  • In all cases—whether due to customer preference or initial defects—customers must contact us in advance at ec@futabanenga.co.jp.

    Returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

Due to the nature of the products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to customer preference:

 

  1. Sale items

  2. Items clearly marked as “Non-returnable”

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the return policy outlined above will apply.
